Still, the Lansweeper web console will notify you once your license has expired. If your auto-renewal is deactivated, you will not receive any renewal reminders prior to your license's expiration. If you renew your subscription you will receive a new license key that you can apply to your Lansweeper installation. At that time, you can choose to renew or cancel your subscription. When your subscription's auto-renewal is active, the billing contact will receive an automated e-mail with renewal instructions 14 days prior to your license's expiration date. You can deactivate your auto-renewal via a link you receive in any billing-related e-mail from our e-commerce partner Cleverbridge, or by contacting us via this form. However, auto-renewal can be deactivated should you prefer a one-off subscription or renewing manually. By default, your Lansweeper license auto-renews on the interval of your purchase date, which for most customers is every 1 or 3 year(s). When purchasing a Lansweeper license, you agree to our subscription product that will bill you at regular intervals.
